Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Executive located in Surat, Gujrat. A Legal Executive with experience in the SARFAESI Act and Arbitration Act will be responsible for managing legal matters related to loan recovery, dispute resolution, and other legal proceedings . They will draft and review legal documents, provide legal advice, and represent the company in legal forums. Qualifications Proficiency in Law, Sarfaesi and , Arbitration Act Experience in Legal Document Preparation and Legal Advice Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law or a related field Experience in corporate law and financial advisory is a plus Show more Show less
