Key Responsibilities: Program Development: Design and develop training programs that align with organizational goals and address skill gaps. Mentorship: Mentor and support junior trainers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented training environment. Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to ensure training programs meet specific team needs and objectives. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development, incorporating new techniques into training offerings. Reporting: Maintain records of training activities, participant progress, and feedback for management reporting.
