Lead High-Voltage & Power Electronics Engineer

We are building India's first commercial Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) from the ground up. This is not an integration project. We will design our own electron optics, high-voltage systems, precision mechanics, and real-time control software. Your Mission

• Architect the floating HV stack: 30 kV, 200 µA beam supply; 5 ppm rms ripple (10 Hz–1 MHz) at the gun terminal 20 ppm/hr long-term drift (including reference & tempco) at 25 °C ± 2 °C
• Design resonant converters (LLC) followed by ultra-low-noise linear post-regulators.
• Deliver arc-handling (≤5 µs crowbar) and IEC 61010-1 compliant safety interlocks.
• Create on-board diagnostics: 16-bit delta-sigma ADCs, optically-isolated feedback, FFT logging to the control system.

Who You Are

• 8+ yrs precision analog / power electronics; proven HV designs ≥5 kV.
• Expert in SPICE, magnetics design, PCB layout for >100 dB isolation.
• Obsessed with noise budgets, Kelvin sensing, and ppm-level calibration.
