What You’ll Do (Your Creative Blueprint):

🔹 Lead and mentor the in-house design team across campaigns and projects

🔹 Conceptualise and execute compelling visuals for print, digital, packaging, and social media

🔹 Maintain and elevate the brand’s visual identity across all touchpoints

🔹 Collaborate with marketing, product, and external agencies to deliver high-impact designs

🔹 Stay on top of design trends and translate them into fresh brand visuals

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

✔️ Has 4+ years of experience in graphic design (agency or in-house)

✔️ Is a pro with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus)

✔️ Has a strong portfolio that showcases brand identity, campaign design, and digital content

✔️ Understands design principles, typography, and layout inside-out

✔️ Can lead brainstorming sessions and guide junior designers effectively
