About the Role

Anime India is seeking a creative, skilled, and versatile Lead Graphic Designer to drive our visual communication efforts across digital, print, and motion content. This role is ideal for someone who excels at both design and storytelling—bringing ideas to life through eye-catching visuals, impactful video content, and a strong sense of brand identity.

You’ll be responsible for shaping the visual look and feel of the Anime India brand across platforms, events, campaigns, and merchandise, working closely with our marketing and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality visual assets for social media, website banners, email campaigns, and product listings
• Create static and motion creatives for Instagram posts, reels, YouTube thumbnails, digital ads, and stories
• Edit short-form videos for marketing campaigns, product features, and event promotions
• Conceptualize and produce anime-inspired edits and reels that align with pop culture trends
• Assist in designing event branding (e.g., booths, backdrops, flyers, screens)
• Ensure brand consistency and quality across all design and video formats
• Take creative ownership from concept to execution with minimal supervision
• Stay updated with design trends and digital aesthetics—especially within the anime and youth fashion space

Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Canva, and After Effects
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition
• Experience creating content optimized for social media formats and platforms
• Ability to independently handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• A strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion design work
• A strong interest in anime, gaming, or youth pop culture will be considered a plus
