Job Description

 Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to introduce our services and qualify leads

* Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to generate interest and drive engagement

* Research and build targeted prospect lists using online tools and databases

* Follow up on inbound leads and schedule meetings or calls for the sales team

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM

* Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies

* Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets

 

Qualifications:

* 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or a similar role

* Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and emailing

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp)

* Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and persistent

* Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment
