Lead Generation Executive

We’re building category-defining companies at Zeno Group — across cloud infrastructure, cross-border eCommerce, and fintech. Now, we’re looking for a sharp and driven Lead Generation & Outreach Associate to fuel our growth across three high-potential B2B brands:

• ZenoCloud – Managed Cloud, DevOps & GPU Infra
• ZenoShip – US Fulfillment & Logistics for US & Indian eCom brands
• ZenoLedger – Bookkeeping, Compliance & CFO Stack for global founders

What You'll Do

• Own outbound prospecting across LinkedIn, email, and calls
• Build ICP-specific lead lists using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or Snov.io
• Write and iterate on cold outreach messages and email sequences
• Run structured outreach campaigns and maintain pipeline health in Zoho CRM
• Follow up with leads via call/WhatsApp, qualify them, and hand off to the closing team
• Track outreach performance and constantly test/refine the approach

You’re a Fit If You

• Have 1–3 years of B2B lead gen or SDR experience, ideally in tech, cloud, or services
• Understand how to research, target, and engage high-intent buyers
• Are fluent in written + spoken English, and confident on calls
• Are comfortable using LinkedIn, email tools, CRMs, and outreach automations
• Are self-motivated, organized, and love solving problems creatively

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
