Job Title: Lead Sales Executive (Feet-on-Street)

Lead Generation Executive

field-based sales role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct

  field visits and local market scouting

  to generate new leads
• Handle

  inbound leads

  from digital platforms, walk-ins, or referrals
• Schedule and conduct

  first-level meetings

  (at site or clients preferred location)
• Brief prospective clients on project highlights, location benefits, pricing, and USP
• Qualify leads based on interest level, buying capacity, and timeline
• Share detailed lead insights with the

  Sales Manager

  for further follow-up and closing
• Support site visit coordination, documentation, and client queries at early stages
• Maintain lead tracker/CRM with updated status and notes
• Participate in

  project launches, roadshows, and local activations

  for lead generation

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum

  2 years of direct sales/ lead generation

  or real estate experience

  (feet-on-street roles mainly)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in

  English, Kannada , Hindi

• High level of motivation and ownership of lead conversion pipeline
• Strong understanding of Bangalore's micro-markets and buyer behaviour
• Willingness to travel extensively within the city.
