Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about service using scripts.
  • Qualifying the potential leads and segregating as per their requirement.
  • Asking questions to understand customer requirements and forward it to sales team.
  • Enter and update customer information including names and addresses in the database.
  • Keep records of calls.
  • Answer telephone calls from potential customers who are responding to advertisements.
  • Contact customers to follow up on initial Interaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-1 year of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or related field.
  • Proficiency in computer skills including CRM software usage (e.g., Salesforce).
