Job Description

As the HR Manager, your primary responsibilities will involve managing employee relations activities and providing guidance to managers on employee-related issues. You will be responsible for driving employee engagement programs, development initiatives, and rewards & recognition programs. It is expected that you maintain a strong connection with the business unit by conducting regular one-on-one meetings with employees, sharing feedback with the Process Head, and collaborating with the Operations team to implement strategies to address concerns. Additionally, you will drive retention programs, performance management, and proactively communicate new or updated policies and practices to employees. Ensuring 100% compliance with HR SLAs for the BU and delivering additional assignments and projects assigned by management will also be part of your responsibilities. Your role will require you to have a willingness to work in extended shifts and travel to various locations such as Bangalore, Kolhapur, Shimoga, or any other locations as per business requirements. In terms of skills and competencies, you should be confident with high persuasiveness to drive closures effectively. Good written, conversational, and presentation capabilities are essential, along with the ability to engage with people, develop relationships, and work in diverse teams. Interacting confidently with senior leadership and having a strong learning orientation are key attributes for success in this role. The minimum qualifications for this position include a full-time MBA with an HR specialization and at least 4 years of experience in HR. The position hierarchy ranges from Process Associate/Process Analyst to Business Leader, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the organization. Remuneration includes a package ranging from lac per annum to lac per annum, performance-based incentives, night shift allowances, and a joining bonus. This is a full-time, permanent position with day shift work hours, requiring an in-person presence at the designated work location.,
