The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 10+ years of experience in software engineering with 3+ years in management Experience in React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React Native, Java, Python, and Spring Boot Frameworks Experience in Data Management of RDBMS and NoSQL Experience in building/managing CI/CD pipelines of Jenkins, Github Actions etc. Proven experience in AI/ML technologies, including model development, deployment, and MLOps Solid understanding of cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, GCP) with hands-on experience on AWS and Terraforms Proven excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience with LLMs, generative AI, or reinforcement learning Experience with agile methodologies and startup-like environments Familiarity with open-source AI/ML tools and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, MLflow) Knowledge of Machine Learning Algorithms: Supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning Knowledge of Model Evaluation: Precision, recall, F1-score, ROC-AUC Knowledge of Data Preprocessing: Feature engineering, normalization, handling missing data Knowledge of Responsible AI: Fairness, explainability (XAI), bias mitigation Knowledge of AutoML: Hyperparameter tuning, model selection automation Knowledge of Federated Learning & Edge AI: For privacy-preserving and low-latency applications Deep Learning: CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, GANs Background in innovation labs, R&D, or technical incubation environments At UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
