Laptop Repair Technician

Troubleshooting and Diagnostics: Identifying and resolving hardware and software issues, including operating system problems, driver errors, and network connectivity problems.  Hardware Repairs: Replacing faulty components like hard drives, RAM, keyboards, and motherboards.  Software Installation and Configuration: Installing and configuring operating systems, drivers, and other software applications.  System Maintenance: Performing system updates, virus removal, and system recovery.  Technical Support: Providing guidance and assistance to users on laptop operation and troubleshooting.  Documentation: Maintaining service logs and documenting all repair and maintenance activities.  Customer Interaction: Interacting with clients to understand their issues and provide effective solutions.  Parts Management: Coordinating with vendors for parts procurement and inventory management.  Skills Required: Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of laptop hardware and software, troubleshooting methodologies, and diagnostic tools.  Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, including hardware and software malfunctions.  Communication Skills: Effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical users.  Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.  Customer Service Skills: Provide excellent customer support and ensure client satisfaction.  Time Management Skills: Prioritize tasks, manage workload effectively, and meet deadlines.  Education and Experience: Formal Education: A degree or diploma in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field is often preferred.  Experience: Relevant experience in laptop repair, hardware maintenance, and technical support is highly valuable.  Work Location : Pune / Thane Mumbai / Noida / Gurgaon / Delhi / Ambernath / Chennai / Hyderabad.
