Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Cluster Manager to oversee the operations of multiple diagnostic centers/laboratories within a defined region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team leadership, inventory management, and technical operations, with a proven ability to manage a team of 15–20 staff members effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations across multiple labs/centers within the assigned cluster.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of 15–20 staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to SOPs.
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels, ensuring timely procurement and minimal wastage.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with technical teams to resolve operational or equipment-related issues.
• Drive operational efficiency and implement process improvements.
• Prepare and present regular reports on cluster performance, KPIs, and challenges.
• Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and customer-centric service.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: DMLT or MBA (Healthcare/Diagnostics).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in diagnostics, healthcare, or laboratory operations.
• Proven experience managing a team of at least 15–20 staff.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and technical operations in a lab setting.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience working in a multi-location or cluster-based operational model.
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance and accreditation standards (e.g., NABL).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
