Lab Executive – Quality Control (Male)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Lab Executive with a strong background in Microbiology to join our Quality Control team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in a regulated lab environment and a thorough understanding of microbiological testing protocols relevant to stem cell or biopharmaceutical manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform microbiological quality control testing (e.g., sterility, endotoxin, microbial limit tests)
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, and safety guidelines
• Maintain and calibrate lab equipment and instruments
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation as per regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support production and product release

Desired Candidate Profile:

• M.Sc. in Microbiology (mandatory)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in QC roles in pharmaceutical/biotech/life sciences sectors
• Familiarity with GMP, GLP, and regulatory compliance standards
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and documentation practices
