Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an L1 Support Executive located in Ranchi. The L1 Support Executive will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, handling phone communications, and performing executive administrative tasks. The role involves clerical duties and ensuring effective communication within the organization. The L1 Support Executive will be the first point of contact for technical support and assist in resolving customer inquiries efficiently.

Qualifications

• Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
• Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Clerical Skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
