We're Hiring: Executive Assistant to Director – Kolkata (On-site)

Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage calendars, travel, and meetings for the Director
• Prepare reports, documents, and presentations
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
• Assist with internal communications, branding, and follow-ups
• Provide full administrative support while maintaining high confidentiality

Who We're Looking For:

• 4–6 years of relevant experience
• Excellent
• command of spoken & written English
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Comfortable with multitasking and cross-functional coordination
• Professional and proactive in approach

Preferred Backgrounds:

• Bachelors in English, BBA, Mass Comm, Hotel Management, or Finance
• English-medium schooling is a must

Start Date: Immediate preferred (availability from August is required)

Location: Gariahat, Kolkata (Work from office only)
