Sales Target Achievement :- Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.- Increasing market share within the assigned territory.- Monitoring and analyzing sales performance to identify growth opportunities.2. Team Management :- Leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.- Conducting regular team meetings to review performance and plan strategies.- Identifying training needs and ensuring the team is well-equipped to handle market challenges.3. Market Expansion :- Identifying new market opportunities and expanding the customer base.- Developing relationships with schools, colleges, libraries, bookshops, and professional organizations.- Launching new products and ensuring effective promotion and distribution.4. Customer Relationship Management :- Maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, trade partners, and institutions.- Addressing customer queries and ensuring high satisfaction levels.- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to enhance product offerings and services.5. Distribution and Logistics :- Ensuring optimal stock availability and timely delivery of products.- Collaborating with distributors and retailers for seamless operations.- Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring proper order replenishment.6. Promotional Activities :- Organizing and participating in book fairs, seminars, and workshops.- Planning and executing promotional campaigns to increase product visibility.- Collaborating with marketing teams for area-specific initiatives.7. Data Analysis and Reporting :- Analyzing sales trends and preparing detailed reports on performance.- Monitoring competitor activities and suggesting strategies to counter them.- Reporting to higher management with actionable insights and recommendations.8.
