Role Overview

Anugrah is looking for a digitally agile Key Account Manager (eCommerce & Quick Commerce) to drive growth across online platforms and q-commerce players. You will be responsible for driving listing, visibility, promotions, conversions, and fulfillment across marketplaces and quick commerce apps

Key Responsibilities:

·       Manage key accounts across eCommerce platforms (Amazon, BigBasket, Flipkart) and Q-commerce players (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.).

·       Ensure timely listing and onboarding of products with accurate content, pricing, and images.

·       Drive growth through platform marketing campaigns, sponsored ads, and promo slots. Track and improve organic rankings, conversions, and category share across digital shelves.

·       Coordinate with internal teams for inventory forecasting, order fulfillment, and packaging readiness.

·       Monitor daily dashboard metrics—sales velocity, out-of-stock %, fill rate, return rate. Run monthly and quarterly performance reviews with platform category teams. 

·       Stay on top of trends in online grocery, new algorithm changes, and emerging Q-commerce models.

Requirements:

·       3 years+ of experience managing eCommerce or Q-commerce sales in a FMCG/food D2C brand.

·       Deep familiarity with retail portals, dashboards, ad tools, and account management workflows.

·       Based in Delhi NCR with experience in a regional or national eCom handling role.

·       Hands-on with sales analytics, digital marketing coordination, and fast-cycle campaigns.

·       A bias for execution, adaptability, and comfort working with limited resources.
