Junior Warehouse Executive

Responsibilities Develop and implement warehouse operational policies and procedures to maximize efficiency and productivity Oversee inventory management processes, including receiving, storage, and dispatching of goods Utilize data-driven metrics to analyze warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement Lead and mentor a remote team of warehouse personnel, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational best practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate logistics and supply chain activities Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize costs and service levels Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies regarding health and safety Required and Preferred Qualifications Required: 3+ years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations Proven track record of optimizing warehouse processes and improving operational efficiencies Strong understanding of inventory management systems and practices Ability to lead and motivate a remote team effectively Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
