Position: Android Native Java Developer (Urgent – Immediate Joiners Only) Job Specifications: Android Native Java Developer (with Flutter/React Native & IoT Integration) Chennai (On-site), 3 to 4 Years experience, Full -Time /Permanent Candidates available to join within short notice / Immediate Joiners Only Our client is an innovative provider of locker solutions, transforming last-mile delivery through secure, IoT-enabled lockers. We build mobile-first experiences that communicate directly with embedded hardware, enabling contactless, seamless parcel transactions across a wide network. We are looking for a passionate Android Developer with strong experience in Java and a solid background in cross-platform frameworks like Flutter or React Native, especially with a focus on IoT app integration. The role involves developing mobile apps that interact with hardware devices (e.g., smart lockers) via Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and other local communication protocols. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain Android applications using Java and/or Flutter / React Native. Integrate mobile apps with IoT hardware devices via Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and NFC. Work collaboratively with embedded systems, firmware, and backend teams to ensure robust hardware-app communication. Optimize application performance, handle device states, and manage secure user authentication. Ensure app reliability in real-time, hardware-interactive environments. Core Requirements: 3 to 4 years of professional experience in Android app development using Java. Strong hands-on experience with Flutter or React Native (must have done at least one full-cycle project). Experience with IoT app integration, particularly device communication over Bluetooth (Classic/LE) or Wi-Fi. Good understanding of RESTful APIs, background services, and multithreading in mobile apps. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of MQTT, NFC, local communication protocols, or secure key exchanges. Prior experience in logistics, smart locker systems, or smart access control applications. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps and Google Play deployment. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electronics, or related fields. Experience on hardware-software integrated mobile products.
