You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of interior design projects, from planning to execution, ensuring strict adherence to design specifications and timelines. Your role will involve managing and coordinating construction activities on-site, ensuring that all work meets quality and safety standards and aligns with project specifications. Collaboration with interior designers, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders will be essential to ensure smooth project execution and effective communication. Regular site inspections will be conducted by you to verify the quality of workmanship, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with quality control measures. Safety protocols must be implemented and enforced on-site to ensure the well-being of all personnel involved. Material management will also fall under your purview, including coordinating material procurement, delivery, and storage to ensure timely delivery of quality materials. Budget management is a critical aspect of the role, where you will monitor project costs, ensure adherence to budget constraints, and identify opportunities for cost-saving measures. Accurate project documentation maintenance, such as progress reports, site diaries, and change orders, will be necessary. You will also be responsible for identifying and addressing technical or logistical challenges that may arise during the construction process. Effective communication with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders regarding project progress, issues, and changes is key.
