Maintenance executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising and Leading:Directing and managing a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Developing and Implementing Maintenance Strategies:Creating and enforcing maintenance schedules, procedures, and preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Ensuring Timely and Effective Maintenance:Overseeing the maintenance of equipment, facilities, and systems, conducting inspections, and coordinating repairs.
• Managing Budgets and Resources:Allocating resources effectively and managing maintenance budgets.
• Coordinating with External Parties:Working with contractors and service providers for specialized repairs or maintenance needs.
• Maintaining Records and Reports:Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities, generating reports, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting:Identifying, analyzing, and resolving maintenance issues promptly, often making critical decisions to prioritize tasks.
• Safety and Compliance:Ensuring all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
• Continuous Improvement:Identifying areas for improvement in maintenance processes, implementing changes, and adopting new technologies to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Project Planning and Execution:Planning and executing maintenance projects, coordinating with other teams (e.g., production, engineering), and ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Training and Development:Providing technical support and training to maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of maintenance procedures, equipment, and systems used in a factory setting.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
