Junior Hustler – Lead Gen & Outreach (Fresher | Remote + On-Ground | ₹20–25K)

📞 What you’ll be doing (your daily hustle):

• Make

  100–200 short phone calls a day

  (don’t worry, we’ll train you – we’re not evil).
• Follow up with leads via

  WhatsApp, phone calls, and a bit of charm.

• Scrape emails & research leads

  using tools (we’ll show you how).
• Do

  LinkedIn outreach

  (send connect requests, follow-ups, and keep it human).
• Attend

  1 to 10 networking events a month

  in Mumbai (we’ll cover all expenses, obviously).
• Work remotely most days – events and catch-up meetings are the only on-ground gigs.

🎯 Must-Haves (Non-Negotiables):

• Freshers only

  — No experience? No problem. But

  your English must be top-notch

  — spoken & written. If you can’t hold a conversation with a client in fluent English, this won’t work.
• Comfortable talking to strangers on calls — not a silent ninja.
• Hungry to learn, open to feedback, and ready to grow with a

  and be part of the action! You'll be working 6 days a week, with 8.5-hour workdays (including a 1-hour break) that are packed with exciting conversations, in-person events, and meetings in Mumbai.
