Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for a Human Resources Associate. The Human Resources Associate will be responsible for managing HR operations, overseeing HR management tasks, and coordinating training and development programs. Daily tasks include handling employee records, conducting interviews, managing employee relations, and supporting various HR initiatives to enhance the work environment.

• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
