Junior Graphic Designer

We're Hiring: Junior Graphic Designer at Vartalaap Marketing

At Vartalaap, we believe in the power of storytelling, design, and strategy. We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing team - someone who’s passionate about visual communication and wants to create designs that speak.

• What You'll Do:Assist in designing social media creatives, presentations, brand collaterals, and campaign visuals
• Collaborate with the strategy and content team to bring ideas to life through design
• Support on photo/video shoot design requirements (moodboards, layout plans, etc.)
• Work on multiple brand identities and maintain visual consistency across projects
• Stay updated with design trends and apply them to client work when relevant

• What We’re Looking For:0–2 years of experience in graphic design (freshers with strong portfolios are welcome)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign — After Effects is a plus)
• A keen eye for detail, composition, color, and typography
• Good communication skills and ability to take feedback positively
• Hunger to learn, grow, and do some Vartalaap through design

• Bonus if You:Have experience with Canva or Figma
• Enjoy experimenting with styles and pushing creative boundaries
• Can handle reels/editing basics (not mandatory, but cool to have)
