Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair various electronic, and mechanical equipment and computers in the office. Candidate must have a love of technology and gadgets and an interest in repairing them in a clean, positive work environment Perform high-quality repairs and refurbishment of gadgets like smartwatches, drone cameras, tablets and computers. Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment functionality and longevity. Utilize diagnostic tools, manuals, and schematics to aid in the repair process. Replace faulty components, parts, or modules as needed, ensuring compatibility and functionality. Test repaired equipment to verify proper functionality and performance. Document all repairs, including parts used, labour hours, and testing results, accurately and comprehensively. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times to prevent accidents and injuries. Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to optimize repair processes and improve efficiency. Qualifications: A high school diploma or ITI, technical certification or relevant vocational training is a must. Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems. Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, equipment, and software for troubleshooting and repair. Excellent problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
