Junior Analyst - Graphic Design

What this job involves:The Graphic Designer will require to design and develop materials to support business development,marketing initiatives and campaigns, and high-end property marketing initiatives. Candidate whocan create visual communications to convey messages in an effective and aesthetically pleasingmanner. This incorporates several tasks and responsibilities. Emphasis will be on designingcustomized PowerPoint presentations, brochures, newsletters, microsites and other marketingmaterials for multi-million dollar properties.The candidate will work closely with the Marketing teams across globe to support differentbusiness/service lines. He/she must understand the strategy, audience and objectives behindcomplex design projects, provide appropriate solutions with minimal art direction and work with avariety of team contributors including marketers and various levels of management. Graphics shouldcapture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, onerequires to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you cancommunicate well and work methodically as part of a team, wed like to meet you.The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience.Sound like youCreate and maintain high-quality visual content for company brand in both digital and printcommunications, including, but not limited to brochures, flyers, infographics, social media,web graphics, logos, emailers, event materials, and posters.Must have a good understanding of the fundamental concepts of print and web publishingand graphic design principles.Gather all relevant facts for each project and ensure that all deliverables communicate thecorrect information.Generate clear ideas, concepts, and designs of creative assets from beginning to end.Work collaboratively with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brandperception.Collaborate with a cross-functional team that includes marketers, art directors, and designmanagers in order to create compelling designsTranslate information about the business and stakeholders into designs that are visuallyenticing, easy to understand, and emotionally impactful.Stay on top of the latest standards, processes, and trends in the visual design field.You have the ability to work independently and under deadline pressure on several projectssimultaneouslyThe ability to receive, interpret, and implement constructive feedback from projectstakeholders into your design work.You have a team-oriented attitude and ability to contribute to design- and functionalityrelatedmarketing decisionsStrong work ethics: Takes initiative and can self-manage. Resourceful when approachingprojects, can navigate through obstacles to bring projects to fruition, and can effectivelymulti-task in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work on various Real Estate related deliverables like Building Illustrations, propertybrochures/flyers, signages, banners.To apply you need to be:Bachelors in any disciple or graphic design field with a significant equivalent experience.Have 0 to 3 months of relevant experience.You have strong creative vision and visual arts skills with an established portfolio ofbusiness to business print and digital marketing collateralProficient using Adobe Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, and PhotoshopKnowledge of PowerPoint and Word is a plus.Good communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain design decisions in wordsand writing.An appreciation for and awareness of emerging design trends in print and digital.Able to learn new tools and processes quickly and work in a fast-evolving environment.Experience in working in Commercial Real Estate will be an added advantageYou have the ability to study industry trends in visual communications and develop creative,innovative ideas to meet JLLs aggressive business and deal completion goals.
