Visual Designer

Role & responsibilities

1. Website & Merchandising Design

• Design banners, promotional tiles, landing pages, & themed collections
• Ensure consistency of visual language across wellness categories
• Collaborate with the merchandiser to visually translate seasonal campaigns, health occasions, and curated collections

2. Campaign & Marketing Creatives

• Create campaign visuals for CRM/emailers, and push notifications
• Design assets for festive launches, health awareness months and new brand drops
• Work closely with merchandising teams to align visual flow with messaging

3. Brand Consistency & Optimization

• Maintain visual identity and guidelines across formats and placements
• Design variations for banners, email headers, or CTAs to improve CTR and conversion
• Organize and maintain asset libraries, templates, and design files for efficient reuse

Preferred candidate profile

Education:

• Experience:

  25 years of experience in e-commerce or consumer brand design

• Design Tools:

  Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Canva

Bonus Skills:

• Understanding of HTML/CSS for email or landing page design
• Familiarity with wellness or health product brands

Soft Skills:

• Eye for detail and visual hierarchy
• Fast turnarounds and comfort with iterative design
• Collaborative mindset to work with merchandisers & marketers
