Job Description

Daily Expense Recording Accurately record and categorize all daily expenses from various departments and sites. Monthly Tax Invoice Preparation & Submission Prepare and submit tax invoices for all project sites to clients on a monthly basis. Sales Document Management Maintain organized and updated records of all documents related to sales. Invoice Verification Check and verify all purchase, sales, GST, and non-GST invoices for correctness and compliance. Client Communication for Transactions Contact clients regarding invoice issues, transaction clarifications, and payment status. Client & Vendor Communication Handle communication with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person meetings as required. Account Query Handling Address and resolve queries related to financial transactions and account discrepancies. Periodic Financial Reporting Create periodic financial statements such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other relevant reports. Financial Report Preparation Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders. Accounts Receivable Management Maintain updated records of receivables, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Follow-Up on Outstanding Payments Monitor overdue payments and follow up with clients to ensure timely settlements. Client Account Management Create, update, and manage client accounts in the financial system. Payment Tracking Record all payments received and identify any missed or delayed payments for necessary action.
