ROLE & RESPONSIBILTIES: Update accounts receivable and issue invoices Reconcile accounts monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annually. Perform monthly and year-end closing Work under the supervision of the senior accountant Assist in completing audits Prepare reports of financial position information Prepare collection reports on a monthly basis Talking from client regarding due amount. and send the email for client. REQUIREMENT: Bachelor's degree in Bachelor of Commerce, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in any company /accounting firm. Proficiency with a computer Advanced knowledge of Excel and various accounting software programs Familiarity with accounting software programs Good communication skills in English spoken. Good knowledge of writing email/ letter drafting.
