Junior Accountant Female

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Female Junior Accountant to support our finance department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the daily accounting and financial operations, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and helping maintain the overall financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
• Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
• Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Maintain proper documentation of financial records.
• Assist with payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
• Provide support during audits.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and internal controls.
• Coordinate with internal departments for invoice processing and approvals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books).
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
