What You’ll Do

Operations & Marketing Associate

• Help manage internal workflows, therapist partnerships, and onboarding of new users
• Assist in scaling systems for therapy coordination and user support
• Improve efficiency through documentation, automations, and scheduling
• Handle research, outreach, and partnerships (especially in Tier 2/3 cities)

• Design and execute marketing campaigns (digital & grassroots)
• Manage social media presence and grow online community
• Assist with content creation: reels, blogs, emailers, influencer outreach
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize growth funnels

• A passion for mental health, wellness, or building impact-driven startups
• Strong communication & coordination skills
• Interest in digital marketing, content, community building, and storytelling
• Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to experiment
• Open to freshers if you bring curiosity, discipline, and purpose
