Support Production, RM purchase, Marketing, Industrialization, Global formulation lab in terms of Master data creation and updating Publish the updated monthly score card for the site Keep the site presentation UpToDate Prepare the Operations update - slide deck for board meetings Establish, review, revise safety stock norms material wise Foresee material requirements, challenges and finalize mitigation plans Support Operational excellence/one PSS checks through Gemba Coordinate/facilitate EC/MC meetings, publish Minutes, timely follow up for the target dates, action plans and closure of actions.
