Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Shift starts with meeting with all supervisors/pickers/ Checkers for Daily Work Management & Tool Box Talk
• Responsible for Reviewing daily Target and Achievement through DWM
• Responsible for HOTO Process in place in each shift.
• Responsible for Coordination with internal and external stack holder for plan and execution.
• Responsible for Shift activities up to the end of the process.
• Responsible for planning and execution of training plan for down the line team and assessment for the same.
• Responsible for R&R for team based on data.
• Ensure for the timely updating and delivery of daily/Weekly/Monthly reports through the various reporting system.
• Responsible for Root cause analysis for every noncompliance and suggest/implement corrective/preventive measures.
• Responsible for communication of management Goal and target to all the team and review the same.
• Responsible for all the activity data is being captured.
• Responsible for TAT maintaining in GIGO and DIDO for inbound and outbound for the shift
• Responsible for achieving productivity target as per defined target in each activity for the shift
• Ensure all Records are managed as per requirement of GWT standard.
• Ensure for adherence of defined GWT standard in warehouse operation.
• Follows up with the Transport Planner to ensure right and timely placement of trucks at the Warehouse. • Responsible for Periodically audits of all Registers, Quality & Safety and 5S • Ensure UA/UC Capturing & Closure in each Shift as per Target.
• Contribute continuous Improvement projects like Kaizen, QC projects, MYB project
• Implement 5S initiative in your area/department.
• Deliver the most productive outcomes for company through the effective utilisation of DC resources while meeting or exceeding the customer service benchmarks of our client.
• Ensures agreed Quality objectives and safety measures are met in all the terms
• Responsible for on time communication of incident/Accident to internal and external stack holder • Ensure all audit targets (ie ,QMS, ISO,EMS,GWT, Ursha and CAD, Inventory) achieved
• Self Development Plan to be prepared • One to One Review on Monthly basis based on data
• Responsible for Bin Accuracy & Inventory Accuracy • Responsible for Maintain Claim Tracker & CAPA Status
