Position Overview The Head – Scrap, Sale & Recycling Management will oversee the end-to-end process of scrap handling, sale, and recycling at the Chikhli facility. This role ensures efficient scrap management, maximization of revenue from scrap sales, and adherence to recycling and environmental best practices. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement processes for scrap collection, segregation, storage, and disposal in compliance with company and regulatory standards. Oversee the sale of scrap materials, including market analysis, vendor identification, negotiation, and contract management to maximize revenue. Establish and manage relationships with certified recyclers and scrap buyers; ensure transparent and ethical transactions. Monitor and analyze scrap generation to identify reduction opportunities and process improvements. Ensure all recycling activities comply with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations.
