Documentation & Compliance: Manage and verify all invoicing and documentation between the Waaree Scrap Management Team and transport vehicles. Ensure all activities comply with WAAREE SOPs and safety standards. Monitoring & Integrity: Monitor all operations to prevent malpractice or misconduct in scrap handling and management. Requirements Proven leadership and supervisory experience, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment. Strong experience in labor handling and team management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with email, MS Word, and MS Excel. High commitment to integrity, safety, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
