Minimum 2 years of relevant sales/business development experience in construction materials. Skills required: Sales & Business Development – Target-driven with a proven track record. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management – Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Technical Understanding – Ability to explain AAC blocks, mortars, and plaster products to clients. Contract & Pricing Management – Knowledge of pricing strategies and contract handling. Post-Sales Operations – Invoicing, reporting, collections, and customer service. Credit Control – Ability to implement and manage credit policies. Market Research & Intelligence – Proficiency in analyzing trends and preparing reports. System Compliance – Competence in managing records, documentation, and data systems. Field Sales Orientation – Willingness to spend time in the field for client engagement. Analytical & Commercial Acumen – Capable of monitoring equipment utilization and optimizing costs.
