Job Description

1. Business/ Financials 2. Daily/ Weekly /Monthlymonitoring of the accomplishment of targets according to the annual/monthlytargets established for the area and branches under his/her responsibility toprovide guidance and solutions to his/her team as required 3. Supports Loan Officers-in his/her area in their duties of client visits, risk assessment and recoverystrategies 4. Efficient staffing bytimely recruitment & training 5. Supports RelationshipOfficers- in his/her area in their duties of client visits, risk assessment andrecovery strategies 6. Should be ready totravel extensively across the cluster of control for business requirements 7. Customer (Both Internal & External) 8. Ensure that customersare aware of the Product and services properly 9. Ensure that customersare explained about the Terms & Conditions of Product 10. Focuson lower TAT as per laid down standards. 11. Internal Process 12. Monitor health of portfolio 13. Ensure compliance with lending guidelines, quality framework and auditrequirements; ensure speedy resolution of any audit observations and takenecessary steps to prevent recurrence audit and other regulations. 14. Ensure, supervise the correct implementation of the credit proceduresincluding all the respective tools 15. Innovation & Learning 16. Ensuregoal-setting, mid-year review and annual appraisal process within specifiedtimelines for self and reportees 17. Evaluate the staffcompetences in terms of promotion, business assessment and credit riskassessment capacity and propose solutions for improvement 18. Expected to be updatedwith all new improvement & innovations happening in the market andcompetitors 19.
