Must Have Skills

Strong Core Java (OOP, Collections, Exception Handling)Hands-on with JBPM, Drools Rule Engine DRL files, rules execution, business logic separationKnowledge of Spring Boot, REST APIs, and database interactionFamiliarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven)

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop BPM solutions using JBPM (Java Business Process Management)Create and manage complex business rules using Drools Rule EngineIntegrate JBPM workflows with enterprise applicationsCollaborate with business analysts and architects to translate business requirements into technical workflowsEnsure performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applicationParticipate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processesTroubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions

Required Skills

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in JBPM and DroolsStrong knowledge of Java/J2EE technologiesExperience in designing and deploying BPMN 2.0 based process definitionsProficient in integrating JBPM workflows with REST/SOAP APIsFamiliarity with rule engine concepts and Drools implementationGood understanding of application servers like JBoss or WildFlyStrong debugging and problem-solving skills
