Role - Java Developer
Location - Pune (Hybrid)
Type - Permanent
• Gathering functional requirements, developing technical specifications, and project & test planning
• Write high-quality, testable, maintainable and efficient code in backend languages (e.g., Python, Java, Kotlin) and associated frameworks (e.g., Django, FastAPI, Spring Boot.)
• Collaborate with the Product team to align on feature development and overall service functional goals
• Participate in on-call rotations and contribute to postmortems and system hardening.
• Experience with Agile Development, SCRUM, or Extreme Programming methodologies
• 6+ years of experience building backend systems, preferably in fintech or financial platforms.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Kotlin, or Python.
• Solid grasp of software engineering fundamentals and their practical application
• Experience with designing or maintaining systems with transactional guarantees (ACID).
• Strong experience in leading design and implementation of robust and highly scalable back end services
