Japanese & Korean Chef

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Japanese & Korean Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in authentic Japanese and Korean cuisine, with a strong understanding of traditional techniques, presentation, and modern fusion concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Japanese and Korean dishes, including sushi, sashimi, ramen, tempura, bibimbap, bulgogi, kimchi, and more.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
• Oversee kitchen operations, inventory, and daily prep related to Japanese & Korean menu items.
• Train and supervise junior kitchen staff in proper techniques and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with management to develop seasonal or special menus.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
• Maintain consistency and authenticity in all dishes served.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Japanese or Korean chef in a professional kitchen.
• Expertise in traditional Japanese and/or Korean cooking techniques.
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of ingredient handling.
• Creativity in presentation and plating.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
• Culinary certification or relevant training is a plus.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Flexibility with shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
