Pastry Chef

We are seeking a talented and passionate Pastry Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be creative, detail-oriented, and dedicated to delivering exceptional quality in every dessert. You’ll be responsible for producing high-end pastries, baked goods, and confections that delight our guests and align with our brand's standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a wide variety of pastries, desserts, and breads
• Design and execute seasonal dessert menus and custom creations
• Maintain high standards of food presentation and quality
• Monitor ingredient stocks and place orders as needed
• Ensure proper food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices
• Supervise and train junior pastry staff or assistants
• Collaborate with chefs and front-of-house staff for smooth service

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or relevant role
• Culinary degree or certification in pastry arts is preferred
• Deep knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and plating
• Creativity and a strong eye for aesthetics and detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
