Job Title: IT Technical Recruiter

Location: Chennai (Hybrid options available for exceptional candidates)

Experience: Minimum 3+ years in IT recruitment with a focus on niche skills and contract staffing


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in recruiting for niche technical skills, head-hunting, and contract staffing, along with proficiency in leveraging job portals, social media platforms, and AI-driven recruitment tools.

The role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and a proven track record of fulfilling challenging hiring mandates in the IT industry.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Technical Recruiter located in Chennai. The IT Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals for various roles within the company. Daily tasks include developing recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining candidate pipelines. Additionally, the recruiter will be expected to stay current on IT industry trends and develop strong relationships with prospective candidates.


Qualifications

  • Experience in technical recruitment, talent acquisition, and candidate screening
  • Proficiency in sourcing candidates using various channels such as social media, job boards, and networking
  • Strong understanding of IT job roles, technologies, and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or related field
  • Previous experience in the IT industry is a plus
