Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to help us expand our client base and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and representing NovaNectar’s wide range of IT services.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and generate new leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Pitch services such as Web Development, App Development, Digital Marketing, and Training Programs.
• Maintain and nurture client relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to customize solutions for client needs.
• Follow up with prospects and close deals efficiently.
• Maintain CRM and prepare regular sales reports.
• Meet monthly targets and contribute to company revenue growth.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and able to work under pressure.
• Basic understanding of IT services and digital trends.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow in a sales career.
