Job Summary:

fresher / Experienced

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain and update candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Support senior recruiters in end-to-end recruitment activities.
Follow up with candidates post-interview and provide timely updates.
Stay updated on the latest technology trends and IT roles.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of technical recruitment.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic understanding of IT terms and roles (a plus, but not mandatory).

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, or Indeed (bonus).
Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
