IT Executive

• As an IT Executive, you'll ensure smooth IT operations across Chemmanur’s businesses (jewellery retail, holiday resorts, etc.) in Thrissur. This role blends technical support, system administration, vendor coordination, and project execution.

Provide first-line support (via calls/tickets/email) for hardware, software, network issues expert

• Support ERP, payment gateway systems, POS terminals, and e-commerce platforms
• Install, configure, and maintain servers (Windows/Linux), Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, SAN/NAS expertia.
• Manage virtual environments (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Administer corporate firewalls, VPNs, AV tools like Fortinet, Symantec expertia.
• Procure IT hardware, software, and services; negotiate with vendors and manage delivery cycles
• Assist in planning, tracking, and completing IT projects; generate status reports; identify & mitigate risks
• Liaise with cross-functional teams (operations, finance) to implement new systems
• Maintain project documents, system configs, and operational manuals
• Ensure adherence to ITIL or internal policies, and support disaster recovery processes
• Generate performance/usage reports, uptime analysis, asset inventories, and budget reports

Typical Package: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month (depending on seniority)
