Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to identify and convert potential clients in the IT space. This role is focused on outbound calling, lead engagement, and sales of our specialized Google Ads solutions to IT businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound and follow-up calls to generate interest in Google Ads.
• Identify potential IT clients and understand their advertising needs.
• Present relevant ad solutions and assist in closing deals.
• Coordinate with internal teams for proposal sharing and client onboarding.
• Update CRM with call logs, lead progress, and deal status.
• Meet monthly targets for lead generation and sales conversion.

Requirements:

• 0-1 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in IT or digital marketing.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Confidence in conducting voice-based client interactions.
• Basic understanding of Google Ads is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and structured outreach workflows.
