Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Industry: IT Services
Location: Rajkot
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month
Work Schedule: Alternate Saturdays Off

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring international clients through various platforms and channels, maintaining strong relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth in global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with potential foreign clients through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, Upwork, and other platforms
  • Write and submit proposals on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelance marketplaces
  • Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients
  • Maintain a strong and professional presence on freelancing platforms
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, design, and delivery to ensure client satisfaction
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to discover new business opportunities
  • Use CRM tools to track pipeline activity and ensure timely follow-ups

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent spoken and written English; must be fluent and confident in communicating with international clients
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in international B2B/B2C sales or experience with freelancing platforms
  • Strong working knowledge of platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com, or PeoplePerHour
  • Experience in lead generation and client acquisition through email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling
  • Strong sales mindset with effective negotiation and closing skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management
  • Ability to think strategically, work professionally, and operate independently
