About the Role:-

A Junior IT Administrator provides essential support for a company's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of systems. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining hardware and software, assisting with network administration, and supporting end-users. Key responsibilities include resolving technical issues, managing IT assets and maintaining documentation. Key Responsibilities:-

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Support:Provide first-level IT support to employees, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
IT Asset Management:Maintain and manage IT inventory, including hardware, software licenses, and asset tagging.
System Maintenance:
Perform routine system checks, updates, and patches to ensure optimal performance and security.
Documentation:Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
Familiarity with networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP).
BCA, B.Tech, or equivalent knowledge in computer or related field will be Preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
