Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IPDRG at Shiash Info Solutions, located in Chennai. The IPDRG will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including managing and analyzing patient data, preparing detailed reports, ensuring accurate diagnosis-related group (DRG) coding, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. The role also involves collaborating with various healthcare professionals to improve data accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in IPDRG coding and patient data management
• Experience in healthcare data analysis and reporting
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Nursing, or related field is preferred
• Experience with healthcare IT systems is a plus
